• Gift Voucher codes will be sent to the email address which was entered at the time of purchase
• Gift Vouchers purchased online can only be redeemed from the specific cinema site that was used at the time of purchase.
• Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase tickets and snacks instore only
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase tickets online using the website or app
• The balance of a Gift Voucher can be used in full or partial transactions in conjunction with cash, credit card or another gift voucher.
• The balance of a gift voucher cannot be refunded
